Hello everyone. My name is Susan and I am married to a wonderful man that has recently started in the ranching business. We have been married for 26 years with 3 wonderful children who are now grown adults. My oldest son is from my first marriage and the two youngest are from this marriage. I would love to say that our marriage has been perfect from the start, and that there have never been any disagreements but we all know that is not true reality. We have had many up and downs and highs and lows, but through it all we always made it through and came out stronger every time. We all know that life is not rainbows and unicorns, but we should always try to make the best out of any situation. With that being said, I will move on to why I am here.
I am a first time blogger with no idea of what I am doing so please be patient with me. I will admit right up front that I have a tendency to, what i like to say, squirrel. I am hoping that by blogging my everyday bloopers, that someone might either find some inspiration in them or will learn from my mistakes. If you are ready to this whirlwind of a journey with me we will get started with how it started and how we ended up on a less than 50 acre ranch with cows, chickens, cats and dogs.
Our family farm is not some big establishment, but a small family owned farm with lots of love and excitement that happens daily. We share this farm with his mom and aunt and it is truly a blessing and sometimes a bit of craziness. We have so many crazy stories that happen here on the ranch and I am not sure there are enough days in the year to tell all.
